Repairing the installation has no effect either. I have also uninstalled the entire Acrobat Pro DC and reinstalled it. My IT department is certain it is an issue with Adobe and not with the printer. I can print from every other application. I have tried all of the things in your email.
Hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.
I am a bit stumped because everything else works just not PDFs ( I have tried multiple PDFs including ones I know to work and print on other computers) I also get an error when I open the PDFs or try and print them that says the following: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)" I also tried opening the PDF through internet explorer to try and print it but the same thing happens. I have checked the printer and all is okay and up to date. When sending them to be printed in the job queue nothing appears. It is almost as though any pdf documents just aren't sent to the printer. I have updated to Adobe Acrobat DC and I get the same issue. I tried printing test pages which were successful, word documents which were successful and even converting my PDFs to word and printing which again was successful. I was originally using Adobe Reader XI and could not print any PDFs. Hi, I am hoping someone is able to assist me.
